About Anumi
A boat is the most honest mirror a team will ever look into. The same things that make a crew work — clear hierarchy, calm communication, doing your share — are the same things that make a team work back on shore. The difference is that on a boat there is nowhere to hide. You either step up, listen, and put the common goal ahead of your own mood, or the day breaks down. Most people surprise themselves with how quickly they grow.
Anumi isn't a charter where guests get shuttled from harbor to harbor. Everyone on board is part of the crew. You take turns at the helm, trim sails, cook, do the dishes, and stand watch. The skipper guides and teaches — but the sailing is yours. Off the clock there's swimming, anchorages with no other lights on the water, evenings in port with proper food and a glass of something, and the kind of sunsets you don't post about because you'd rather just watch.
The name Anumi stands for Anne und Mike — Anne is my wife, and the inspiration and support behind every trip we run. Anumi is built primarily for company teams; friend groups are welcome but tend to find the all-inclusive, skipper-led format priced above a self-organized charter.
